I have a site on which this system is already implemented, so the person is putting the data in the form, drawing his signature, and that information is inserted into the pdf document.
But there's nothing behind it. No bars of code and stuff. I'm looking for someone who has information as to what it should be like to be on a legelic level so that these documents will have weight even in court if they do.
It's like on DocSign.

Делал проект где прикручивал docusign api. Т.е. на сайте работала подпись через docusign.
Технически нет разницы для США или не для США. Самое главное что бы ЕЦП которой вы подписываете принималась тем органом который будет проверять документ на валидность, и он мог проверить ёё наличие в документе который вы будет отправлять на проверку.
