Предлагаю два варианта решения:
1. Настрою импорт из CSV в котором будет весь контент статьи и дата публикации. В эту заданную дату статья будет опубликована автоматически.
2. Сделаю то, что вам нужно с помощью плагина.
Но, все таки рекомендую первый вариант, так как он самый удобный и быстрый в использовании.
