Во-первых, звучит как потенциально вредоносное ПО - так можно кому устроить массированную атаку звонками. Вы должны доказать, что ПО не будет использоваться в таких целях.
Во-вторых, если необходимо написать решение под каждый отдельный сайт, при порядке количества сайтов равному сотням, это относительно дорого, двумя тысячами гривен тут не получится.
Я думаю сотни сайтов обойдутся в около тысячи долларов, и это только после первого пункта, который я описал выше.

Если вы хотите чтобы вам писали что-то конкретное - начните с себя. Непонятно что вам вообще нужно, ПО или искать какие-то сайты, какие звонки??. Напишите конкретное задание, какое ПО вам надо, что оно должно делать, какие исходные данные, какой результат ожидаете. Мы тут не ясновидцы. "Нужно сделать по..." - это не задание (это х..я), поэтому у вас 0 ставок.

A patch is required for the graphics card driver that expands the capabilities of managing the graphics adapter by adding additional user settings.
