Но вы не учитываете размеры своих баннеров. У вас - мобильные форматы. Баннеры очень мелкие (хоть и на устройстве они воспроизводятся со скейл-индексом x2). Я рекомендую вам несколько снизить ожидания по анимации в баннере. В мобильных форматах хорошо работают в основном баннеры с "умеренной анимацией".
