Connecting WhatsApp Business API to SendPulse (with verification and resolution of the current Facebook block)

Task Description:
We have a CRM and marketing platform SendPulse, which needs to be connected to the official WhatsApp Business API.
The company has already successfully passed verification in Meta Business Manager, but when connecting a new number, Facebook blocked the process.
A specialist previously worked on the project, but he refused to continue, citing a "client-side issue" — however, technically we did not manage to do anything except for the connection step, so the blockage occurred at the initialization stage.
We need an experienced specialist who:
Will understand the situation with the blockage (through Meta, Facebook Business, or WhatsApp Manager);
Will set up the WhatsApp Business API again — if necessary with a new number, account, or through an official provider;
Will integrate WhatsApp with SendPulse;
Will ensure that the system works stably and correctly.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in setting up and connecting WhatsApp Business API (through Meta or official BSPs: 360dialog, WABA, Twilio, etc.);
Understanding of verification and blockage processes in Meta;
Experience working with SendPulse, as well as with other CRMs or marketing platforms (AmoCRM, Bitrix24, etc.);
Willingness to understand the current situation and restore the working scheme;
Responsibility and ability to bring the project to a final result.
