есть подозрение что это может быть новая модель терминала. для которой надо писать драйвера. если старые то еще ок. Для новых понадобиться долгий путь общения с саппортом привата

Наоборот, если поставить более свежую конфигурацию то терминал работает, а на нашей конфигурации при тесте пишет что не найден. Завтра смогу скинуть скрин ошибки.
