Для этого вам нужно либо раздельное ip, либо раздельные папки со своими htaccess. Неужели это не очевидно?

Очевдно, но не совсем. Возможно есть варианты прямых редиректов по конкретному url по типу 301, или исключения для папок или файлов, или какие-то непрямые пути обхода - я не знаю, поэтому и спрашиваю. Заказчик настаивает на HTTPS для основного сайта, - задача что бы по этому протоколу второй сайт не открывался. Как-то так
