Возможно задача не такая сложная как кажется но по пунктам:
Есть 2 премиум темы WP. Их нужно подружить полностью между собой.
Boombox это универсальная WordPress тема для создания онлайн-журнала
Vikinger – WordPress тема для BuddyPress сообщества и GamiPress.
То есть, что бы главная загружалась тема для новостей и полный функционал Boombox (демо вот https://boombox.px-lab.com/boombox-alternative/ ) новостные категории и рубрики с реакциями использовались Boombox, а дальше уже срабатывало внутренне сообщество BuddyPress и тема Vikinger ( демо тут со всем функционалом https://odindesignthemes.com/vikinger-theme/activity/ ) .
Это первая основная. Так же часть 2, эти все темы мультиязычны, надо указать в каких файлах поменять текст (перевод с нашей стороны), то есть надо на сайте, что бы было 2 языка - украинский, и русский.
Далее 3 часть. Интерактивная карта. Можно взять за основу Hero Maps плагин или любой аналог.
Основное, что надо это на карте возможность выделения обласи (сейчас некоторые области ликвидировали, а новые не создали на картах, их не видно), и так же добавление своих объектов и значков на эту карту.
Ну и дальнейшая поддержка, возможны доработки/модификации после запуска.
Отдельным пунктом интересует возможность "допила" или создание онлайн-игровой платформы по типу vCity или eRepublick, но это повторюсь отдельная тема по геймофикации.
Ув. фрилансеры, приступить к выполнению первой и второй части надо как можно быстрее, это и есть основная часть для старта. Пишите свой реальный бюджет, работы по поддержке ресурса в будующем будет много, но стартануть по первой части подружить и указать файлы для перевода надо на вчера. Можно заключить договор, или сейф по оплате, как Вам удобно.
