Trust-first design: The current website looks outdated, which is critical for the essay niche. I propose transitioning to a Modern Academic or Clean Startup style: lots of white space, clear typography, and professional accents (blue/graphite).

Interactive calculator: This is the heart of such websites. I will implement a user-friendly price calculation widget right on the first screen (like "Type of work → Deadline → Price"), so the user can instantly see the benefit.
