Improvement of video quality

The quality of the edited videos needs to be improved. When uploading from Cap Cut, the quality was set to 4K and 60 fps as it was during filming. But for some reason, 4 videos turned out to be like the quality of 360p. I tried to improve it in Cap Cut and on AI platforms - it didn't work.. I am attaching a test short video, if you manage to do this - write, we will discuss the price.

Характеристики вивідного файлу це одне, потрібно бачити сам проект та вхідні файли, можливо там не має 4к або кодек не той, причина ж точно є якась. І аби не гадати потрібен проект та вхідні файли

Якщо ви не видалили початкові матеріали і проєкт - то вам треба перерендерити його з правильними налаштуваннями. Інакше вже нічого мабуть і не допоможе, яке є, таке є...
