Initial surveying of 10–15 candidates regarding relevance and profile compliance. Requirements for the performer: Availability of tools/access to local sourcing channels or databases in the specified regions. Understanding of the specifics of labor specialties (blue-collar workers). Ability to structure data and maintain operational reporting.
