У Вас вариант 5? Если да - зачем нужны два потока (отдельно для гласных, отдельно для согласных), у Вас в задании предусмотрен вроде бы как один поток для этого.

Возможно вы перепутали задание с каким то сборником, но изначально в нём было 2 потока, которые должны были считывать текст,выводить строку гласных, потом строку согласных, из заглавных переводить в строчные выводить текст и потом опять строку гласных, а потом согласных
