Вертикальная панель под песочными часами.
Прикрутить справа и слева ДСП, нужной толщины. Сверху прикрутить комфермантами вертикально. Снизу горизонтально. И пару уголков изнутри.
Потом уже к ней прикрутить VESA крепление.

Как вариант и для красоты и для надежности: заказать по лекалу кусок ДСП (18 мм судя по стеллажу) для центральной части под часами) и прикрепить конферматами и уголками как описал коллега выше. И я б еще прикрепила к стене стеллаж, если он не зафиксирован. Телевизор то большой.

Выше верно описали, но забыли одну вещь. Размеры ТВ размерами, но сколько весит то. У нас ТВ на 42 дюйма весит килограмм 15-20. Я бы не рискнула такой вещать на такого рода конструкцию. Повырывает дсп в хлам со временем.

Зависит от ДСП. Есть очень плотное. Ну и наличие динамической нагрузки никто не отменял, т.е. как часто будут шевелить. Если же намертво, без шевеления, то ничего ему не будет. Вся нагрузка будет на верхнее крепление, а там, чтобы вырвать, надо будет "порвать" ДСП.
