На скринах вполне подробно описано, почему идет отклон. Если в продукте не идет речь о заработке и всяких мутных схемах, то подавайте на обжалование. Рекламу проверяют не люди, боты могут ошибаться, при запросе на проверку, рекламу просмотрит человек и сможет пропустить в показ. Если все же речь идет о мутных схемах, то тут уже надо обходить модерацию. Клоакинг + трастовый аккаунт в помощь
