We are looking for a project-based performance marketer to attract users to the OpenRate loyalty app.
About the product
OpenRate is a loyalty app for cafes, restaurants, and bars. Guests scan their receipts, earn points (OpenCoins) and cashback, leave verified reviews, and spend points at partner establishments. We are launching in Almaty and Astana by districts, simultaneously connecting establishments. The market is already accustomed to QR codes and cashback (Kaspi) — it is important for us to intercept this habit.
Task
Attract target users (people who often eat out) — installations and registrations of new guests with further activation within the app. We focus on the cost of the target action and audience quality, not on "bare impressions."
What needs to be done
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on Instagram/Meta Ads, TikTok Ads (Telegram Ads is a plus).
- Geo-targeting by districts of Almaty, synchronized with the launch of establishments; audience tests, lookalike, retargeting.
- Set up tracking and attribution (pixels/events, mobile analytics — AppsFlyer/Firebase or similar), end-to-end funnel install → registration → first scan/review.
- Work with our creatives and UGC library, provide briefs for new creatives, A/B tests of offers and formats (Reels, Spark Ads, Stories).
- Weekly optimization and reporting on the metrics below.
Collaboration format
We start with a small test project (1 district / limited budget, 2–4 weeks) to check the approach and metrics. If the results are good — ongoing monthly management with budget growth and scaling to new districts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2C performance / attracting users to mobile apps (app installs), preferably loyalty / local services.
- Confident in Meta Ads + TikTok Ads; understanding of mobile attribution and optimization for in-app events (not just clicks).
- Ability to read the funnel and calculate CPI, install→register, CAC, retention, not just CTR/CPM.
- Portfolio/cases with specific numbers (budget, CPI/CPA, volume, result).
- Independence, transparent reporting, knowledge of the Kazakhstan/CIS market — a plus. Knowledge of Kazakh — a plus.
KPI we are working on
- CPI / CAC of active users within the goal (details — at the start).
- Install → registration and activation (first "scan → reward").
- Audience quality: share activated by D1, early retention.
- Transparent attribution of expenses to results by channels.
