Почему? Пока падает только когда демонстрация включается. Остальное работает нормально.

потому, что это десктоп приложение и ему нужно запускаться в gui, electron еще не умеет так или я такого не встречал за наверное 5 лет работы c docker

Возможно конечно нужно написать патчи с биндингами библиотек и драйверов для работы с electron из под docker, но обычно это онли desktop.
