Дано - кол центр, работа с входящими звонками. Клиенты обрабатываются, и заинтересованные переводятся дальше в другой кол центр фирмы-партнера, где уже происходит конечная продажа. Оплата поступает в виде комиссии от фирмы-партнера в случае продажи.
Есть собранная аналитика по эффективности каждого агента, его конверсия на каждом этапе и т.д.
Нужен специалист, который поможет реорганизовать работу. Определит стратегию набора новых сотрудников. Каких оставить, от каких избавляться. Алгоритм распределения звонков агентам исходя из их показателей, и т.д.
Большой опыт работы с кол центрами обязателен.
