1) Simply two tables (R1 and R2 in the file), creating two new ones.A: connect the column "A" to the line "A1" by attaching the number from the column "A" through a point to the line "A1".And in the new tables, opposite one "united" number to indicate the number that corresponds to it in the first table when crossing.For example, in the table R1, from the column "A" we take the number 15, from the line "A1" we take the number 3, so in the new table we get the number 15.3. A formula is needed to solve the task:

Необходимо решить две задачи:
1) Упростить две таблицы (Р1 и Р2 в файле), создав из них две новые. А именно: столбец “А” соединить со строкой “А1” путем присоединения числа из столбца “А” через точку к строке “А1”. И в новых таблицах, напротив одного “соединённого” числа указать число, которое соответствует ему в первой таблице при пересечении. Например, в таблице Р1, со столбца “А” берем число 15, со строки “А1” берем число 3, таким образом в новой таблице у нас получится число 15.3. Рядом с ним во втором столбце ставим число 0.4662 - это число, которое соответствует числу, которое стоит в пересечении столбца “А” и строки “А1”. Так необходимо преобразовать (упростить) обе таблицы (создав из них две новые в том же файле) в целях второй задачи
2) Нужна формула для решения задачи:
Таблица "Остаток". При введении в столбцах Р1 или Р2 числового значения , соответствующего одному из числовых значений, находящихся в первом столбце таблиц (новых) Р1 или Р2 соответственно, в соседней ячейке "Р/л" должно появиться соответствующее числовое значение из второго столбца новой таблицы Р1 или Р2 соответственно. Например: если я ввожу число 30.8 в столбец "Р1", то рядом в столбце "Р/л" должно появиться число 1.4270 (из второго столбца новой таблицы Р1). Или, если я ввожу число 47.3 в столбец "Р2", то рядом в столбце "Р/л" должно появиться число 2.874 (из второго столбца новой таблицы Р2).

The task was analyzed, I can do both the first and the second using the Google Apps Script macros. I clearly describe the algorithm. I realize in the form of a set of functions, of which the main will be two: one for the conversion of the tables P1 and P2 (will be called from the list of macros), and the second for the application directly in the cells of the column "R/L" of the "Rest" (will be called as a normal built-in function, the result of which depends on the content of the cells in the columns P1 and P2). I do in a couple of hours.
Задание проанализировал, могу сделать и первое, и второе с помощью макросов Google Apps Script. Четко представляю алгоритм. Реализую в виде набора функций, из которых основными будут две: одна для преобразования таблиц P1 и P2 (будет вызываться из списка макросов), а вторая для применения непосредственно в ячейках столбца "Р/л" листа "Остаток" (будет вызываться как обычная встроенная функция, результат выполнения которой зависит от содержимого ячеек в столбцах P1 и P2). Сделаю за пару часов

Задание 1. по первому заданию протестировал и подготовил два вида таблиц декскопных эксель:
1. в два столбца 0.0...198.9 / 0.0000...16.609
2. в 20 столбцов соответственно по значениям 0.0-0.0000... 0.9-0.0081
Тк не совсем понял требуемый формат.
Задание 2. Но по заданию два на основе моей новой таблицы в два столбца подготовил в гуглтаблицах на листе "Остаток" формулу подтягивающую требуемые значения из листов Р1 и Р2.
