Ищем помощника для рутинной работы. Работа включает в себя помощь hr на постоянной удаленной основе. Мы задаем несколько критериев, а вы ищете по ним кандидатов. Работа удаленная.
Должностные обязанности:
• Принятие заявки на подбор персонала;
• Поиск и подбор персонала на открытые вакансии,
• Обеспечение потока соискателей на вакансию,
• Поиск подходящих резюме, приглашение на собеседование (по телефону, почте),
• Первичное простое собеседование с кандидатами по телефону с целью первичного отсева
• Утверждение их в системе.
Требования:
• Стабильный выход в Интернет,
• Активная жизненная позиция,
• Опыт работы в подборе обязателен СТРОГО от 1 года и БОЛЬШЕ,
• Нацеленность на результат,
• Отличные навыки общения с людьми,
• Успешный опыт закрытия вакансий
• Наличие гарнитуры для общения по ip телефонии
• Быть на связи с 10:00 до 18:00 с пн по пт.
Условия:
• Работа на дому,
• Оплата за оформление соискателя на работу, также за их активность.
