Update plugins
I cannot access it right now. I am making changes to the text part - it freezes during the update. Then it hangs. It needs plugin updates and an update of the WordPress version. I used to run updates... but there was a plugin conflict... I disabled it... the plugin was something like raspberry.... So, all necessary updates need to be done for the site to stop hanging. Thank you

Yes, the site is not just lagging, it is specifically hanging! You need to have at least access to the admin panel, although I don't think the problem is there. Maybe something went wrong with Cloudflare, it looks very much like that.
