приложите тогда пожалуйста ссылку либо на сайт с которого был взят дубликат либо на верстку либо хотя бы скрины, чтобы можно было задать вопросы и оценить стоимость и сроки.

Вы поняли задание? Сайт сделаный,и сделаный бекап через дубликешен, его нужно развернуть на хостинге, и донастроить плагины.

так если его скачали дубликатором, то в чем проблема его развернуть на своём хостинге? никогда таким не пользовался, но гипотетически предполагаю что данный плагин был разработан, чтобы без помощи программистов могли скачать и также развернуть сайт.
и зачем тогда публиковать данный проект в верстку?
