Responsibilities: phone contact with candidates, conducting recruitment interviews by phone or video call, providing candidates with basic information about available job offers, entering interview results and candidate information into the system, updating candidate statuses. The work is performed entirely remotely, from Monday to Friday, during 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Polish time. Requirements: experience in recruitment or phone support for candidates, very good knowledge of Polish, communicative knowledge of English, own computer and stable internet connection, good work organization, communication skills, and independence.

We are looking for a person who will conduct initial and full phone interviews for the position of "Solar Power Plant Installer." We have a candidate database (this includes advertising on social media to find people, as well as job postings on job search platforms), and these individuals need to be qualified, contacted, and assessed based on our criteria to determine how suitable they are for us and whether they are ready for our conditions.
