Target audience: 80% are HR managers; 10% are executives, business owners; 10% are employees of companies to whom this service is provided.
Current state of social media that needs to be managed: Facebook (135 subscribers), Instagram (16 subscribers), LinkedIN (page registered but inactive).
Main objectives of social media presence:
1. Instill understanding in the target audience that this service is very important for company employees, that with it they will work better and consequently, business results will be better. Form must-haves for modern Ukrainian businesses.
2. Service sales (lead generation)
Promotion tasks:
- Attracting engagement
- Increasing the number of subscribers and reach
- Lead generation
- Website traffic
Activity and workload:
Initially low, and then we will plan together based on the results. By low, we mean 4-10 posts and 1-3 Stories per month (Reels will be discussed later).
In addition to social media posts for the company, posts will also be needed for the company owner's social media (based on their activity and/or connections with company posts - 3-5 posts per month). This will reinforce the company's expertise. The owner will publish them independently.
The plan is as follows:
- Populate social media with content over 2-3 months
- Start promotion, sell pilot service packages
- Continue to populate
- Start engaging additional channels (communities, public pages, groups, thought leaders)
Specialist functions:
At the start:
- Create a content plan (long-term and short-term)
- Write post texts (company page, for public pages and communities), we are considering partial cooperation with a copywriter, to be discussed together
- Create graphic, photo, and video content
- Create Stories, Reels
- Post on the company's social media
- Engage with the audience (comments, discussions)
- Analyze results, make continuous adjustments
- Periodically involve a designer (available) to create new layouts
After 2-3 months, add:
- Collaboration with bloggers, thought leaders, public pages, groups, and communities (not only on social media, but also on Telegram or other platforms)
- Organize advertising campaigns
Payment:
Monthly payment based on workload. Workload will gradually increase, and payment will increase accordingly. We are interested in long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Candidate requirements:
- Successful experience managing social media in the B2B segment, ideally services for HR managers or executives/business owners
- Excellent written Ukrainian language skills
- Ability to write light, simple texts that encourage action through benefits and advantages
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and be able to use them in practice
- Ability to work in Figma
- Ability to find suitable bloggers, thought leaders, public pages, and communities and negotiate with them
- Ability to work with Google Drive (all materials will be stored there)
