TECHNICAL ASSIGNMENT (TA) FOR THE MONTAGE OF PSYCHEDELIC EDIT
1. CONCEPT, ATMOSPHERE, AND STYLE Theme: Global apocalypse, mental madness, brutality, and uncontrollable aggression. The video should look like a psychedelic nightmare. Color palette: Black and white base. Color isolation effect is applied (only scarlet/bloody red is highlighted). Moments with full-screen dark red shades (effect of "bloodbath" or anxiety) are also actively used. Editing dynamics: Fast-paced blend of shots. Smooth, flowing transitions alternate with ultra-sharp cuts strictly in time with the broken rhythm of the track. 2. ANIME TITLES (OFFICIAL NAMES)
Frames are requested from four titles in all language variants for convenience in searching for sources (look for RAW/Log packs without text): Hellsing Japanese (Original): ヘルシング English: Hellsing Ultimate Chainsaw Man Japanese (Original): チェンソーマン English: Chainsaw Man Elfen Lied Japanese (Original): エルフェンリート English: Elfen Lied Attack on Titan Japanese (Original): 進撃の巨人 English: Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) 3. SECONDARY SCENARIO AND SOUND INTEGRATION (AUDIO DESIGN)
In the audio track of the song, screams, laughter, and screeches from anime need to be seamlessly integrated to create maximum volume.
Stage 1: Beginning of the Breakdown (02:22 – 02:37) Music: The vocalist's scream "Watch the world burn!" and the drop of a heavy beat with broken drums. Video sequence: Instant red flash. 02:22 - 02:25: Under the vocalist's scream, the insane, chilling laughter of Alucard (Hellsing) overlays. The screen is filled with dark red. 02:25 - 02:37: Sharp transition to the apocalypse theme. Frames from “Attack on Titan” — The rumble of the Earth, walking colossi, crumbling walls, screams of a terrified crowd (dampen in the background of the music). Effects: Extreme Impact (strong screen shake with each drum hit), glitch effects (digital noise at the cuts of frames). Stage 2: Aggressive rap reading (02:37 – 03:00) Music: Ultra-fast, forceful rap on the brink of madness ("The fear keeps you alive..."). Video sequence: Fast blend of faces and transformations. 02:37 - 02:44: Lucy's face (Elfen Lied) with a mad, empty gaze. The camera smoothly zooms into her eye and flies out of Eren's eye. Eren, with a scream of rage (insert his original scream from the anime in the background), bites his hand. 02:44 - 02:52: On the line "Break the fucking chains", the shot changes to Denji (Chainsaw Man). The distinct sound of a chainsaw starting is heard. Denji transforms, red sparks fly on a black-and-white background. 02:52 - 03:00: A montage of Alucard's insane grins and monsters from “Chainsaw Man”. Effects: Complex motion design and masking. Frames flow into one another in the direction of weapon swings (Levi's sword, Lucy's vectors, Denji's chainsaw). Constant use of the smooth smear effect during transitions. Stage 3: Final meat and track finale (03:00 – 03:23) Music: Heavy finale, the vocalist transitions to a tearing scream, the song abruptly cuts off at the final chord. Video sequence: Pure brutality and cruelty. 03:00 - 03:15: Lucy tears soldiers with vectors, Levi crushes titans, Denji slices demons in half. All blood floods the screen in bright red on a black-and-white base. Background sounds of sloshing and impacts are heard. 03:15 - 03:23: Speed decreases. Heavy sighs of the characters. At 03:22, the last ominous static shot is displayed (for example, Makima or Alucard staring directly), which disappears into complete darkness at 03:23. Effects: Speed-ramp (Twixtor). Slow motion at the moment of cutting/hitting and sharp acceleration immediately after. 4. REQUIREMENTS FOR TEXT MOTION DESIGN Font: Maximally aggressive, "torn" grunge or horror style with traces of drips. Base — white, outline — deep black. Text behavior: Words fly out strictly under the rap text of Part 2 (02:37 - 03:00). Key words ("CHAINS", "BURN", "INSANE") should trigger a glitch effect on the screen. Integration: Text is embedded into the environment of the frame using 3D tracking (behind the characters, behind falling buildings), moving along with the camera. 5. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF RENDERING Recommended software: Adobe After Effects (for masks, glitches, and text design). Smoothness: Strictly 24 Format: 16:9
