Main responsibilities:
- Searching and selecting new employees for various positions.
- Conducting initial online interviews with candidates.
- Developing and conducting tests to assess professional knowledge and skills of both new and existing employees.
- Analyzing the results of interviews and tests, preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Confident experience in the HR field and recruitment.
- Ability to work with online interview tools.
- Knowledge of skills and competencies assessment methodologies.
