Important: we need a contractor who already has experience with similar developments: Bitrix24 + OpenAI / ChatGPT + open lines + CRM. We do not consider performers who will "learn on the project." It is preferable to have ready-made solutions, project examples, and recommendations from other business owners. About the project - We have a service for international purchasing and delivery of goods from foreign stores. Bitrix24 is cloud-based, Professional tariff. What needs to be done - We need to implement an AI manager that can: — consult clients in open lines; — answer frequently asked questions; — calculate preliminary delivery costs, commissions, and shipping rates; — collect client data: country of purchase, product link, delivery city, weight, dimensions, budget, and a number of other tasks that are outlined in our technical specifications for the developer.
