Here is how I see the main tasks:

1. Development of a design system: creating components (header, footer, buttons, cards, forms) considering a dark background and golden elements. This is needed for quick and smooth development.
2. Creation of layouts for 9 pages with adaptation for desktop and mobile, as well as an interactive prototype with transitions and a language switcher.
