Need a WordPress/Elementor Pro developer for REDESIGN

Current stack: VPS (Ubuntu + OpenLiteSpeed), Cloudflare active, WordPress 6.x, Elementor Pro, Rank Math Pro, LiteSpeed Cache, ACF Pro, Fluent Forms. Backups — script on VPS.

Goals (KPI):

• Mobile PageSpeed ≥ 90, LCP ≤ 2.5s, INP ≤ 200ms, CLS ≤ 0.1.

• Stable operation of forms (popup AJAX) + email to client/admin.

• 10–20 leads/month at the start (from site+GBP+Ads).

• Valid schema (LocalBusiness/Service/FAQ/Review), indexing in GSC.

Scope of work:

• Elementor templates: Services (canonical), Service Areas (dynamic {{city}}), Reviews (auto-fetch from Google Business Profile), Work Samples (interim), Blog, Contact, Legal.

• Forms (Fluent Forms): short fields (name/phone/email/city). On service/city pages — hidden service, city, page_url, page_title, utm_*, gclid/fbclid. Popup form with thank you in the same window; for Ads — conditional redirect to /thank-you/.

• Emails: confirmation to client + notification to admin via FluentSMTP/WP Mail SMTP (Google Workspace OAuth).

• SEO/local: Rank Math Pro (titles/meta/OG/schema), internal links, XML-sitemap, GSC. GBP reviews — widget/Places API (6–10 latest).

• Optimization: LiteSpeed Cache (critical CSS, lazy, AVIF/WebP/srcset, defer), Cloudflare (if needed APO), local fonts.

• Accessibility/compliance: basic AODA/WCAG 2.2 AA, CASL (consent checkbox).

• Cleaning/security: remove unnecessary plugins (e.g., builder-addons, file-manager, etc.), clean up “traces” in the database, 2FA (WP + Cloudflare). Do not touch backups.
