Good day. Please advise on the following issue. I (as a tour agent) filed a claim (Commercial Court) against LLC TTVK (Tour Operator TUI). The court decision was to recover funds in my favor for non-performance of the contract (my tourists could not fly for vacation due to the war). The enforcement order was transferred to the enforcement service. On 24.04.2023, there was a Resolution on the attachment of the enforcement proceedings to the consolidated one.
At this point, the executor said there is no property. But there is one circumstance - all property and statutory capital were transferred to ARMA.
Can the enforcement party be replaced with ARMA and recover funds from them? How much will it cost to write a claim?
