The second Zap is the sending of an email when a new Row is created in Google Sheet.
But there’s a problem when a person fills out the form on the site the data is sent to the Google Sheet and status (order created), after the forum the person pays the service and we receive another data with status (order paid). Here there is a problem because the opper sends 2 times the message (the first is when the application is created and the second when the application is paid).
This problem needs to be solved:
- Make that only once the data is entered into the Google Sheet
- Do you make that the email is sent only when you have seen the Order Paid value?
We need a lot of help because the project is on a break.
