Regarding the project: at a minimum, we will need the connection and dimensional sizes of the wheels. It might be worth simplifying the design of the horns, because making four bends requires very special equipment; the design from the second photo is more realistic in terms of manufacturing, but I still see a part in it that cannot be made with ordinary tools.
