Volume: 551,326 characters with spaces. Genre: fantasy. Proofreading is needed with minimal language corrections of obvious errors: spelling, punctuation, grammar, typographical errors, spaces, quotation marks, dashes, hyphens, formatting of direct speech, accidental repetitions. I am a Buddhist teacher, healer, and health practitioner. I have dedicated over thirty years of my life to spiritual practice, studying meditative, healing, and psychological methods, as well as working directly with people. My main theme is to help individuals become healthier, calmer, more conscious, and happier. I have been living in Warsaw, Poland, for about eighteen years. For many years, I promised my students to record what I convey to them in live teaching: about happiness, spiritual practice, inner freedom, suffering, mindfulness, compassion, death, beauty, the body, the mind, and the path of a person in the modern world. Thus, this book gradually came into being. I am not a professional writer. I am primarily a teacher and practitioner. The main idea is conveyed, the structure is formed, and the text has undergone several stages of purification from template formulations, excessive "neuro-linguistic" expressions, and mechanical editorial decisions.
