Приветствую коллеги, ищу ppc специалиста на постоянную работу.
Условия работы: Удаленная работа, FullTime. График выбираете сами. Нам важно, чтобы соблюдались дэдлайны поставленных задач.
Требования:
- Знание подходов к оптимизации кампаний
- Умение использовать автоматизацию
- Наличие сертификатов гугла
- Наличие проф. софта будет плюсом
- Сертификат аналитики тоже будет плюсом
- Если есть в портфолио клиенты такие как: Клиники, Страховые фирмы, Интернет магазины, форекс брокеры, пластиковые окна, веб студии, разработчики и т.д. Это тоже плюс
- Инициативность
Предлагаю:
- Ставку 6000 грн/мес. + 20% бонусных (за достижение KPI по клиентам).
- ЗП в первых числах месяца с 5 по 10 число.
- KPI будут кол-во лидов + их стоимость.
Кого хотим найти:
Нужен знающий дело специалист, который умеет распределять рабочее время между проектами. Умеет самостоятельно ставить себе задачи по проектам и добиваться выполнения поставленных задач без пинков сверху.
Нужен такой человек, который первый напишет и предложит какие-то изменения в кампании, чтобы улучшить результат.
Нужен специалист, который не тупо делает "Как вон в том кейсе", а знает зачем это он делает и где\как применит потом полученные данные.
