Так как после семантики, нужна кластеризация. Получив урлы по ним будет нужно понять по каким запросам они ещё ранжируются. А значит - ахрефс. Он позволяет за раз загрузить 100 урлов и потом уже будете выгружать ручками.
Так вы будете расширять семантику.
Если цель семантика, тогда дешевле серпстат. Но перепроверять частоту будет нужно по типу топвизор или аналоги.
