Если у вас есть сайт на проме, товары с которого нужно перенести на Розетку - есть готовое решение в виде excel-приложения с макросами vba, которое экспортную выгрузку с prom преобразует в xml для Розетки:

Если Ваш excel-файл это не выгрузка с Prom, то возможны варианты:
1)Написать макрос, который преобразует ваш файл в импортно/экспортный файл для Prom (тогда к нему можно будет применить макрос)
2)Написать макрос который ваш файл сразу преобразует в YML для Розетки.

Нет. Тут это не пройдет. Там совершенно разные наименования, лишь часть слов из которых совпадает. Определять дубли придется вручную. Артикулов нет.
