Ось сайт http://titanhst.damax.pro/# . Коли доскролюєш до низу цього блоку http://prntscr.com/p614n8, дальше при скролі повинен мінятися слайд, в залежності вверх ви скролите чи вниз. Якщо вниз, то має доскролити до останнього слайда, і дальше продовжити скролитись сторінка, якщо вверх, то так само, тільки до першого, і дальше сторінка має скролитись вверх. Зробити це треба для десктопа, до 991px в ширину, для менших екранім буде звичайний слайдер. слайдер - Slick slider.
