Последний юзает вообще самописный движок но на него можем прикрутить и своими силами (есть кодер, который который им успешно рулит, но он не очень дешев).
Интерфейс нужен простейший, без красот, лишбы соответсвовать требованиям google webmasters.
Готовы обговорить цену по каждому сайту с спецами по данным CMS в каждом конкретном случае. Ну, если не будет найдено простое и универсальное решение кнчн. 🙂

Думаю адаптив выйдет дешевле. В первых случаях страница довольно статична, Нас бы с натяжкой но устроило даже вручную копипастить текст в мобильную версию 🙂 Желательно только чтоб мы сами могли добавить новую страничку при необходимости.
