The application is a platform for searching and booking saunas in Kyiv (with subsequent expansion of the database). It will operate similarly to Bolt Food or Glovo, providing users with a list of available saunas with photos, descriptions, prices, and available time slots. An internal CRM system for sauna owners is also provided, allowing them to manage their bookings, prices, and schedules.
2. Main functionality
For users:
Registration and authorization (email, phone, social networks)
Viewing the sauna catalog with filtering by price, rating, location
Viewing the sauna card (photo, description, price, reviews, available slots)
Booking a sauna for a specific time
Online payment (integration with payment systems: Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards)
Leaving reviews and ratings
Personal account with booking history and favorite saunas
Notifications (push, email, SMS) about the booking status
For sauna owners:
Registration and login to the personal account
Adding/editing information about the sauna (photo, description, price)
Managing available slots (CRM system for recording and controlling bookings)
Notifications about new bookings
The ability to confirm or cancel a booking
Managing reviews (responses to comments)
Analytics (number of bookings, average check, popularity)
