Привязать формы с сайта к CRM

Исходные данные:
Есть сайт турфирмы http://bit.ly/onur-fh (сделан, если не ошибаюсь на Мод икс рево). Есть CRM система, на которую нужно перейти https://u-on.ru/
Есть точки контакта на сайте, где посетитель превращается в лида. Указал на скриншотах, что это за точки
Задача: Соответсвенно нужно сделать так, чтобы все данные о лидах попадали в CRM.
Автоматическая итеграция у Этой CRM только с Живосайтом и Мейлчимпом, остальное - обычные формы на сайте + сервис смс-рассылок https://mobizon.kz/bulk-sms/gateway/api + формы от онлайн-поисковика туров https://tourvisor.ru/ нужно интегрировать.
Бюджет указан ориентировочный. Оплата на карту, Яндекс деньги, Приват24, Сбербанк.
