Так сперва заполняется форма на сайте, а потом генерится сделка или лид в системе с данными из веб-формы в карточке сделки\лида. Или я не так что-то понял?

На сайте стоит битриксовская форма, поэтому сразу в битрикс передает данные и создается сделка в битриксе, добрый день!
