International manufacturing company is looking to hire a Chief Accountant for its production facility in Ukraine. The plant employs approximately 900 people. The Accounting Department consists of 4–5 employees, including one Payroll Specialist. This is a permanent, full-time position based 100% on-site at the manufacturing facility. However, the client is also open to considering highly qualified Interim Chief Accountant professionals if they can meet the business requirements and ensure a successful long-term transition.Position Chief AccountantLocation Ukraine (100% on-site)Role Overview The Chief Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's accounting function, ensuring full compliance with Ukrainian accounting and tax regulations, supervising the accounting team, and providing accurate statutory and financial reporting. The role requires close cooperation with local management and the international finance organization.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the Accounting Department. Ensure compliance with all Ukrainian accounting, tax, and financial reporting regulations. Prepare accurate and timely statutory financial statements. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. Oversee tax accounting, tax reporting, and communication with tax authorities. Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll accounting. Ensure the effectiveness of accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures. Coordinate internal and external audits. Monitor changes in Ukrainian legislation and implement required accounting and tax updates. Partner with plant management and the international finance team to support business operations. Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes and reporting efficiency.Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements. Experience leading and developing accounting teams. Solid understanding of financial controls and compliance. Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in an international business environment.Language Requirements Ukrainian – fluent. Need to install AutoCAD 2026 on Windows 7. There is a cracked AutoCAD. It does not install on Windows 7. There is also a free trial version of AutoCAD. It also does not install. It needs to be done either this evening or on Monday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Via Google Meet.

What needs to be done: develop an EXE application in C++; create a modern graphical interface according to my design; implement the program logic; ensure stable operation on Windows 10 and Windows 11; provide the source code in Visual Studio (.sln, .vcxproj). I already have: interface design (screenshots attached); program operation concept; list of features to discuss with the performer. Requirements for the performer: confident knowledge of C++; experience with Microsoft Visual Studio; experience in developing Windows Desktop applications; neat and readable code; willingness to maintain communication during development.
