Проблема с потеряными заказами в опенкарт
Есть интернет-магазин на опенкарт 1.5.6.1. не фиксируются почему то потерянные заказы. статус по умолчанию стоит "ожидание". во всех оплатах статус стоит тоже "ожидание". но в админку недооформленные заказы не приходят. в другом магазине точно так работает правильно. только человек бросил что то в корзину, тут же он прилетает в брошенные и висит там до момента оформления и подтверждения. в моем магазине этого нет. настройки одинаковые. в админке фильтр по потеряным заказам пишет нет результатов. в чем может быть проблема? кто то сталкивался? может кто то помочь?

Это по хожу модуль или кто-то допилил. У меня 4 магазина на Опенкарт и нет нигде, такого, чтоб после того как закинул в корзину приходило инфо о заказе.

Подобная проблема наблюдается при установленном модуле Simple Checkout
периодически может подвисать сама форма заказа, а еще часто пропадают заказы если оплата была выбрана bank_transfer... -
Ну это ваш опыт, глюки они такие - блуждающие. Но ко мне все чаще обращаются люди с подобной проблемой
