SaaS updates in vertical format are primarily a task for readability. The viewer in Reels should not squint while looking at screenshots.
Since the video has no voiceover, all the drama will be built on kinetic typography (large texts that tell the story) and rhythmic editing.

My technical process (Startfire Studio):
1. Software: I work with Figma + Adobe After Effects. I do not record the screen, but animate the layers of the layout. The cursor clicks, windows open, graphs grow — it looks native and "clean" (Pixel Perfect).
2. Mobile UX: For vertical video, I will focus on camera zoom-ins on specific features to make them prominent.
3. Adaptation: I will build the project so that the main action is in the center (Safe Zone). This will allow for minimal effort to reassemble a horizontal version for YouTube.
