There is a technical clarification regarding the input data: the task specifies a dimension of 12×12 m, but the axis spacing in the diagrams is different (3145, 3000, 2660, 3195 mm) with an overall size of 12.2×12.3 m. To avoid creating unique parts and to reduce the cost of manufacturing the frame, I recommend aligning the column spacing (for example, making it exactly 3 m). Cost and timelines (provided the grid is aligned): Design stage: 10,000 UAH, 7 working days. Working documentation stage: 14,000 UAH, 10 working days.
