1-ый этаж, проходное место - постоянные заглядывания в окна - это помещение не для квартиры, а скорее для студии (фотостудия, школа развития детей, для занятий йогой, антикафе итд.) Для того чтобы сделать из него более менее нормальную квартиру интересную для покупателя (например маломобильные группы населения)- нужна не только перепланировка но и решения по архитектуре - входная группа через тамбур, пандус, перевод в жилой фонд-?, дизайнерские приемы. И решения эти серьезные. В общем не совсем понимаю такой маркетинговый ход, для кого он? 🙂

Татьяна - всё что Вы написали зависит от месторасположения обьекта.
Стоимость коммерческой недвижимости в данном районе в 4 раза ниже жилого фонда. Т.е. продавая данное помещение, как квартиру (в 2 раза дороже, чем как офис) - оно будет в 2 раза дешевле цены на рынке.

Но его же еще надо туда перевести в этот жилой фонд или как раз для этого и нужна перепланировка?
