Аліно якщо нема бюджету то вам у категорію конкурсів , додайте бюджет бо вже не можливо титати те заїзджене "чекаю на вашу пропозицію". Інакше ваш конкурс видалять адміни.

))) Піддаш'є дуже складне у проектуванні, тут любий дизайнер без про____бів (помилок) до кінця проекту не дійде. Стіни з нахилом, вікна над головою і т. д. Так що - або профі, або того, на кого потім всі помилки повісити і кричати що він у всьому винен)))) Звертайтеся!

Комусь пощастить зробит проект , ще з нашими замовниками і посередниками які на всьому економлять і накожному кроці будуть тобі розказувати чому ти повинен працювати безкоштовно мовчки і де ти помилився. Доречі посередництво це порушення правил сервісу , і якщо замовник розміщує багато разів проекти в одній рубриці то це швидше за все звідництво тобто посередник-сваха і знову ж таки порушення . Але хай працює бо ще втече і того не буде. А може б тоді замовники при баблі сюди почали приходити а не халявщики , але то таке , кому то треба – "працюй або проходи повз і не пиши якщо не подобається" як мені недавно написали. Покрівля добре якщо має супердифузійну мембрану між стропильними ногами і контр-обрешіткою , бо якщо ні і знизу зробити теплоізоляцію "строго згідно норм і стандартів і вимог виробника утеплення" і "щоб все було точно продумано" . Ото цікаво як супердифузійну мембрану будуть просовувати між обрешіткою і стропилами , або якщо зхочуть всю конструкцію розмістити знизу стропильних ніг. Це ще мінус 300 мм. від висоти . Аж мурашки по шкірі. Ви коли площу рахуватимете для розрахунку вартості роботи будете то ліфт і сходи теж рахуйте, бо воно хоч при підрахунку корисної площі не враховуються але коли проектуєш тоді теж потрібно брати ту частину до уваги особливо коли такі малі площі інакше може получитися каракатиця. Ви ж напевно цю розробку і конструктивні рішення будете використовувати для сусідніх приміщень . Там напевно один і той же виконроб і бригада внутрішніх робіт «свої» від ради або від забудовника. От і виходить що дизайнер початківець так там наїстья досвіду , що потім ще довго буде відходити , а його роботу будуть по всьому будинку використовувати. Цікаво чому в забудовника нема є свого дизайнера , а змушені шукати на фрилансі, це лише економія чи ще щось ? Аліно ви хоч сильно там того початківця не ображайте бо якщо він сюди вернеться скривдженим, то буде прикро . В будь-якому випадку пам’ятайте що всі помиляються не тільки дизайнери , замовники також .

Sergey Borisenko ПРИВАТНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "СТРОФ"тут не лизайнер інтер'єру потрібен, а кваліфікований архітектор з виеликим стажем, який розуміє роботу конструкцій, та може працювати у 3д. (бо інакше буде гора помилок) тому і планувати цю роботу треба на великий бюджет, на шару результату не буде....
