Outsourcing project
The goal of the project is to optimize the process of selecting candidates for various IT and digital positions. It is planned to create an effective system for interacting with professional networks and recruitment platforms that will allow for quickly finding and contacting potential candidates.
As part of the collaboration, it is anticipated:
- The use of existing tools and accounts to enhance the effectiveness of candidate searches.
- Automation of the collection of contact information and profile analysis to reduce the time spent on searching and selection.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the internal rules of the platforms, without the need to provide full access to personal accounts.
The project envisions a transparent and secure interaction, where each participant retains control over their own accounts but gains the ability to collaborate as effectively as possible in the search for talent.

What are the daily limits on viewing contacts that apply to your current plans, so I can program randomized intervals for data collection (simulating human actions) and ensure protection against shadow bans?
