Или предложить свой вариант планировки? Плюс это все визуализировать (экстерьер дома)? Со внешним стилем дома вы определились?

С внешним видом доконца не определились. Знаем что крыша металочерепица цвета темный шоколад. А цвета фасадов в бежевых домах. Дом будет утеплятся.

Первый этаж уже перепланирован согласна файла которй я прислал. Тесть все стены уже стоят. в домпроложена уже канализация. Есть эскизы от руки ванны и кухни. Я не выхожу за пределы фундамента старого дома. я уже залил фундамент верады но не строил.. Второй этаж существует только на листе в экселе и это мое виденье как я думаю и со мной согласна жена.

Я для себя решил что второй этаж должен быть с двухскатной крышей, мансардный. что стены второго этажа должны быть подняты где-то на 2 метра, а дальше начинаться крыша

Высота потолков в доме 2,8 метра. Прихожая, ванная, туалет и гараж - это пристройка там потолки 2,6. Прихожая и и гараж уже накрыты новой двухскатной крыше. высота крыши 40 см.

Andrii Yeremenko 23 January 2021Если стены высотой в 2 м, то это уже не мансарда. Подумайте о шатровой 4-скатной крыше - и смотрится красиво, и мансардные окна в неё хорошо вписываются, и внутристенное отопление можно сделать, а не играться с батареями.

Andrii Yeremenko 24 January 2021Я бы, если позволите, посоветовал Вам сначала покопаться в Интернете и сравнить варианты с 2-х и 4-хскатной крышами, благо этого добра там мегатонны, и для себя определиться с конфигурацией 2-го этажа. Существует большая вероятность того, что Вы даже найдёте примерно похожий на Ваш вариант с визуализациями, и Вам легче будет определиться. А уж потом можете заказать несколько индивидуальных вариантов перепланировки, но уже под конкретное видение конфигурации домика.

Andrii Yeremenko 24 January 2021Правильное название конструкции - мансардная ломаная крыша. Кстати, мне подсказали хороший вариант: над основной частью сделать мансардно-ломаную крышу, а над гаражной частью - обычную двускатную.
