Building type: Single-story structure with a single-pitched roof located on a terrace.

4. Structural solutions
- Wall structures:
- Frame with insulation thickness of 245 mm, OSB board outside, thermowood as finish, vapor barrier, and internal wooden cladding.
- Roof:
- Single-pitched roof with a minimum rear overhang of 60 cm.
- Rafter system: Profiles and sizes of rafters.
- Floor:
- Rough floor, insulation, finished flooring.
- Features of installation nodes:
- Junction of walls to the floor and roof.
- Attachment of doors, windows, and other elements.
5. Engineering networks
- Electricity supply:
- Wiring for lighting, electric stove, and spa jacuzzi.
- Built-in lighting, possibly by zones.
- Ventilation:
- Provision of air intake and exhaust in the sauna and changing room.
- Water supply and sewage:
- Water supply for the shower and spa jacuzzi.
- Water supply points and sewage drains.
6. Requirements for drawings - **Floor plans**: Indicating all dimensions, placement of equipment, furniture.
- Sections and facades: Detailing all structural elements.
- Nodes and details: Junction of various materials, fastening elements, structural solutions.
- Material specification: Complete list of materials with indication of volume and characteristics.

Conclusion:
All drawings must be made to scale, with detailed dimensions and notes for the convenience of the carpenters. If changes to the project are necessary, they must be agreed upon before the start of work.
