General concept
The project involves the construction of a two-tier wooden terrace that will adjoin the house and be located on a slope. The structure includes supporting elements and has a storage room for garden tools under the first tier.
Dimensions of the terrace
• Length of each tier – 12 m
• Depth (projection from the house) – 6 m
• Height of the first tier – 2 m
• Height of the second tier – 1.5 m
Separate zones
1. First tier
• Main level of the terrace, with a height of 2 m.
• Under it is a closed room for garden tools (dimensions 12 m x 3 m).
2. Second tier
• Raised 1.5 m above ground level.
3. Side terrace
• Located along the house (2 m x 10 m).
• Connected to the first level of the main terrace.
Structural features
• Material: wooden frame, terrace board, supporting beams.
• Foundation: concrete piles or columns for reliability on the slope.
• Fencing: glass panels with metal posts.
• Access: stairs between levels and exit to the garden.
